Where to Dump Items That The Wild West Can’t Pick Up?
The Murrieta Dump.
If you have trash that a removal company can’t take, there are a few things you can do. You should contact the Murrieta dump, the Temecula dump, or the Murrieta Landfill. Ask if they will take your type of trash. Another thing is to find a location to dispose of hazardous waste properly. You can also ask your local city office if they have any special rules for removing specific types of trash. Dispose of the garbage in a manner that ensures safety and complies with local laws. Here is a video about disposing of hazardous waste disposal at the Murrieta dump or Temecula dump.
The phone number for the Murrieta and Temecula dumps is 951-486-3200. They are open Monday to Thursday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. On Friday, they are open from 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Their address is 14310 Frederick Street, Moreno Valley, CA 92553.

Tires
- Local general and specialized tire recycling facilities. The state has many locations in large cities.
- Tire retail stores (for a fee).
- Auto shops.
- Dumps that accept used tires.

Paint Cans
California residents and businesses can recycle paint, paint cans, and spray cans for free at local paint stores. To find the closest location, visit www.PaintCare.org or call 855-724-6809. You can also get rid of unused oil and latex paint by taking them to a mobile Household Hazardous Waste Collection Event.
