About Wild West
Two Brothers.
One Dream.
“Treat all Customers as Family.”
Weston started Wild West Junk Removal out of Temecula because he saw a gap: property managers and business owners needed a hauler who’d actually show up on time, price honestly, and not leave a mess. His brother Jesse, who’d spent years in food service and sales before joining up, brought the customer-side thinking Weston needed. They’ve been running the crew together ever since.
We’re not a franchise. We don’t subcontract your job out to someone you’ve never heard of. When you call Wild West, you get Weston, Jesse, or someone they’ve personally put through the paces. That matters when you’re letting a crew into your commercial building at 7 in the morning.
We serve businesses across the Inland Empire - Temecula, Murrieta, Menifee, Hemet, Fallbrook, Lake Elsinore, Winchester, French Valley, Canyon Lake - and we regularly take on jobs into San Diego County and Orange County for the right client. One thing worth knowing: Riverside County requires businesses generating significant commercial waste to subscribe to a recycling program under AB 341. When we haul for you, sorting for recycling is already part of how we work - so you stay on the right side of that without any extra step.
“We go the extra mile - not only clearing out your junk, but sweeping the floors underneath it. You’ll get a space that’s ready to use the same day.”

Service Area

How a Commercial Haul Works
Four steps. You don’t touch anything. We handle the lifting, routing, and cleanup.
Get a Quote
Call, text, or use the contact form. Text photos of what needs to go - we’ll give you a rough price before we arrive. No commitment needed to get a number.
We Confirm & Arrive
We confirm the appointment and call you 15 minutes before we pull up. We work early mornings, evenings, and weekends - whatever timing keeps your operations running.
Load & Haul
Our crew handles all the heavy lifting, loads the truck, and sweeps the area when we’re done. The quote we give on-site is what you pay - loading labor, fuel, and disposal all included.
Responsible Disposal
We sort the load after. Usable furniture goes to local charities. Electronics go to certified e-waste recyclers. What’s left goes to licensed disposal sites in Riverside County - not dumped on a back road.
What We Remove
Commercial Junk Removal Services
One crew. One call. Full range of commercial hauling needs.
Office Cleanouts
Desks, chairs, cubicles, filing cabinets, shelving, old IT gear - we clear them out during relocations, downsizing projects, and remodels. We navigate freight elevators, tight corridors, and loading docks without damaging walls or floors.
Warehouse Cleanouts
Pallets, broken equipment, scrap metal, obsolete inventory, packing waste - we’re built for high-volume hauls. Tell us what you need cleared and we’ll put together a plan that works around your shift schedule.
Tenant Turnover
A tenant leaves a unit full of junk - we get there fast so you can get the unit back on the market. Same-day service is regularly available. Property managers across Murrieta and Temecula put us on speed dial for exactly this reason.
Construction Debris
Drywall, lumber, concrete, scrap metal, demo rubble - we haul post-build waste and active job-site debris. One-time pickup or a recurring contract: your call. Contractors can reach us at this page.
E-Waste Removal
Computers, monitors, servers, printers, networking gear - California’s SB 20 makes landfill disposal of these items illegal. We route them to certified recycling facilities. There’s no extra charge for standard e-waste on commercial jobs. The WHO identifies e-waste as a growing public health concern - improper disposal leaches lead, mercury, and cadmium into soil and groundwater, which is exactly why California takes it seriously.
Foreclosure Cleanouts
Banks, realtors, and property managers in Riverside County call us when a foreclosed property needs to be cleared before it can be shown. We work fast, document what we remove, and leave the space broom-clean.
Retail & Restaurant
Closing, remodeling, or updating a location? Display cases, commercial kitchen equipment, fixtures, old signage - we haul it so your contractors can start work without having to step around yesterday’s furniture.
Property Manager Services
Eviction cleanouts, dumpster overflow, apartment complex bulk trash, storage unit clearing - if you manage multiple units, ask about our recurring account pricing. It’s significantly cheaper than calling unit by unit.
Our Clients
Who Calls Us - and Why They Call Back
Most of our commercial work is repeat business. These are the client types we work with most.
General Contractors
You’ve got a project deadline and a growing pile of debris. We do one-time post-build pickups and recurring hauls on active sites. Flexible enough to work around your subs, reliable enough that you don’t have to babysit us.
Property Managers
Tenant leaves on Friday, you need the unit listed by Monday. We move fast because we understand vacancy time is money. We handle the full turnover cleanout - furniture, trash, leftover appliances, whatever they left behind.
Realtors
Pre-listing cleanouts, estate hauls, and foreclosure clearing across Riverside County. We work with realtors who need a space show-ready quickly - estate sales, downsizing jobs, and bank-owned properties included.
Business Owners
Relocating, remodeling, or just finally clearing that back storage room that’s been full since 2018? One call. We’ll be there with the right size crew, haul everything in a single trip if we can, and leave you a clean floor.
Commercial Relocations
Office moves surface years of accumulated stuff - storerooms full of old equipment, forgotten filing cabinets, furniture nobody claimed. We show up alongside your movers and take the junk they’re not loading onto the truck.
Government & Municipal
Wild West has been contracted by local government for homeless encampment cleanups in Riverside County. We understand the compliance requirements, documentation expectations, and sensitivity that comes with this work.
“Property experts are under increasing pressure to get commercial spaces ready fast - the real estate market in Temecula Valley is moving quickly. Wild West meets that need with same-day and emergency services that property managers can rely on.”

Legal Limitation - Read This First
Hazardous Materials We Cannot Transport
California law requires hazardous waste be handled by licensed contractors. This isn’t a preference - it’s a legal line. Here’s what we can’t take:
⚠️Transporting hazardous waste without a license violates California Health & Safety Code §25163. Penalties can reach $10,000 per day. Riverside County’s Department of Environmental Health maintains a list of licensed hazardous waste transporters for businesses that need to identify a certified contractor. If you’ve got hazardous material mixed in with regular junk - which happens more than you’d think in commercial cleanouts - call us before we arrive and we’ll help you figure out the right approach.
Paint & Solvents
Latex and oil-based paint, varnish, lacquer, paint thinner, and chemical strippers. Must go to a certified household hazardous waste facility.
Automotive Fluids
Used motor oil, antifreeze, brake fluid, and transmission fluid. Even partially full containers are regulated.
Pesticides & Herbicides
Lawn chemicals, insecticides, rodenticides, and agricultural chemicals fall under California hazardous waste law.
Propane & Gas Cylinders
Pressurized containers - including “empty” ones - require specialized handling. We can’t put them in our truck.
Asbestos Materials
Pre-1980 buildings often have asbestos in floor tile, pipe wrap, and popcorn ceilings. Licensed abatement is required before removal. Cal/OSHA maintains a certified asbestos consultant and contractor database for sourcing a qualified abatement contractor.
Medical & Bio-Hazardous Waste
Sharps, syringes, and bio-hazardous materials require licensed medical waste disposal contractors - full stop.
Per-Day Fine for Unlicensed Hazardous Waste Transport
California Health & Safety Code §25163 sets civil penalties up to $10,000 per day of violation for transporting regulated hazardous waste without a license. Before you assume something is “just junk,” it’s worth a five-minute phone call. Call us first and we’ll help sort it out.
Transparent Pricing
How We Price Commercial Jobs
No hourly rate. No per-item counting. One price based on how much truck space your junk fills.
We charge by volume - the cubic footage your load takes up in our trailer. That number covers everything: labor, fuel, landfill fees, and disposal. What we quote on-site is what you pay at the end.
If the job turns out smaller than expected, the price comes down. If it runs over half a truckload, it automatically prices as a full load - we’ll tell you that before we move a single item, not after.
Want a ballpark without scheduling a visit? Text us photos at (951) 837-8072. We’ll give you a rough estimate on the spot. No commitment, no sales call - just a number so you can plan.
For property managers and contractors with recurring needs, ask about account pricing. Volume discounts apply when we’re on a regular schedule with you. Under AB 341, any California business generating four or more cubic yards of solid waste per week is legally required to arrange for recycling services. Our volume-based model already separates recyclables as part of every haul - you’re covered without adding a separate contract.
📋One rule on half-loads: If a job exceeds a half truckload, it’s automatically a full-load price. We always confirm this on-site before starting - you’ll never find it on the invoice as a surprise.
Before You Book
Commercial Cleanout Prep Checklist
Spending ten minutes on this before the crew arrives saves an hour on the day of the job.
Flag any paint, chemicals, propane, or anything from the hazmat list before we arrive. These need a separate plan.
Tag or physically move anything you’re keeping before we show up. The load-out moves fast.
Let us know about parking restrictions, freight elevator hours, loading dock codes, or key-card access we’ll need.
Computers, monitors, and servers get routed to certified e-waste facilities. Keeping them in a pile speeds up sorting considerably.
A few images to (951) 837-8072 lets us bring the right crew size and equipment. Prevents an awkward “we need another truck” conversation mid-job.
If furniture or equipment is still in decent shape, tell us. We coordinate with local charities and it may reduce your disposal cost.
We haul paper but can’t guarantee document security. Shred sensitive files before the crew arrives.
We sweep after loading but heavy equipment can leave marks. If the space is going back to market, plan a floor clean after we leave.
Field-Tested Advice
Pro Tips for Commercial Cleanouts
Things we’ve learned across hundreds of commercial jobs in the Inland Empire.
Book the 7 am slot for office cleanouts. Starting before employees arrive means the truck is gone before anyone shows up for work. No awkward furniture-hauling in front of a conference call.
A standard 10-person office - desks, chairs, filing cabinets, misc - fills roughly one-third to half our truck. Warehouses are harder to eyeball remotely, which is why photos matter. Always send a few before we quote.
If you’re managing multiple units, set up a recurring account with us. We can run weekly or biweekly hauls at reduced rates - significantly cheaper per job than calling in unit by unit.
Don’t let IT equipment go in the dumpster. California’s electronic waste recycling law (SB 20) makes it illegal to dispose of covered devices in landfills. We route them correctly at no extra charge on commercial jobs.
Same-day slots book up fast. If you know a tenant is leaving, call us the day before rather than the day of. We’ll lock in a morning window so the unit gets cleared and listed faster.
Server racks, commercial shelving, scrap steel - these sometimes generate recycling credit that offsets disposal costs. Tell us what you’ve got when you describe the job and we’ll let you know if it applies.

We price by volume - how much space your junk takes up in the truck. That quote covers loading labor, fuel, and disposal fees. No hourly charges, no per-item counting, no surprise line items on the invoice. If the job turns out smaller than expected, the price drops. See the full pricing page.-
Can you work after hours to avoid disrupting our business?
Yes. We work Monday through Saturday 7 am-10 pm and Sunday 8 am-5 pm. If you need something outside normal hours, call us and we’ll work it out.See the full pricing page.
-
Do you take computers, servers, and other IT equipment?
Yes. Electronics go to certified e-waste recycling facilities, not the landfill. California’s SB 20 makes it illegal to put covered devices - monitors, computers, printers, televisions - in the trash. We handle proper routing at no extra charge on commercial jobs. See our electronic waste page for details. For a full list of everything we haul, visit the junk removal service page.
-
What hazardous materials can you NOT transport?
Under California Health & Safety Code §25163, we cannot legally transport paint or solvents, motor oil or automotive fluids, pesticides, propane cylinders, asbestos-containing materials, or medical/bio-hazardous waste. -
Are you licensed and insured for commercial work?
Yes. Wild West Junk Removal is fully licensed and insured in California. We carry liability coverage on every job. That’s not a formality - it matters when our crew is navigating a commercial building, operating in a warehouse, or working alongside your active retail space.
