Section 1
Who We Are
The short version
We are a family owned hauling company, not a data business. We collect what we need to answer your question, price your load, find your driveway, and keep this website upright. We do not sell your information, we do not trade it, and the only outsiders who touch it are the vendors who run our website, our email, and our phones.
Wild West Junk Removal has been hauling out of Temecula since 2021. Weston Molitor owns the company and answers the phone. We run residential and commercial junk removal, cleanouts, and disposal here at home, north into Murrieta and Menifee, and out through Wildomar, Winchester, French Valley, Lake Elsinore, and Canyon Lake. This website is https://wildwestjunkremoval.com.
Our address is 41713 Niblick Rd, Temecula, CA 92591. Under California privacy law, Wild West Junk Removal is the business that decides how and why your personal information gets handled, which means the buck stops with us and not with a vendor.
Section 2
Information We Collect
Information reaches us three ways. You hand it to us on purpose, your browser sends a little of it on its own, or you text us a picture of the pile in the garage.
What you hand us
Your name, phone number, email, the service address, and whatever you tell us about the load — two couches and a treadmill, gate code on the side yard, dog in the back. If we write you an estimate or an invoice, that job stays in our records.
What your browser sends
Your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, which pages you read, how long you stayed, and what sent you here. This is ordinary web server and analytics data, and none of it has your name attached.
Photos and text messages
Most of our quotes start with a photo. When you send one we get your phone number, the picture, and whatever you typed with it. Phone photos often carry GPS coordinates inside the file, so turn location tagging off first if that matters to you.
What we do not collect
You cannot pay through this website, so no card numbers, no bank details, and no payment credentials are collected or stored here. We never ask for a Social Security number, a driver license number, or any other government identifier. If somebody claiming to be Wild West asks you for one, it is not us.
No comment forms, no logins, no uploads
Comments are switched off across this entire website, so there is no comment box quietly collecting names, emails, and IP addresses. There is no customer account to register for, no member area, and no way for a visitor to upload a file here. If any of that ever changes, this page gets updated before it goes live, not after.
Section 3
How We Use Your Information
Every line below is either about hauling your junk or about keeping this website running. Nothing gets used to score you, profile you, or resell you.
- Answering quote requests, calls, texts, and contact form submissions
- Scheduling the pickup and getting the trailer to the right address at the right time
- Writing estimates, invoices, and receipts, and keeping the records our accountant and insurer require
- Following up after a job, fixing a problem, or answering a question a week later
- Figuring out which pages on this site are actually useful so we can improve the rest
- Keeping spam, fraud, and abuse off the site and away from our customers
If you tell us to stop contacting you, we stop. Reply STOP to any text from us and that number is done receiving messages.
Section 4
Cookies and Analytics
A cookie is a small file your browser stores on your device. This site uses a short list of them, and here is the whole list.
| Set by | What it does | Typical lifespan |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics 4 | Counts visits, tracks which pages get read, and shows roughly where people came from. The measurement is aggregated and is not tied to your name. | Up to 2 years |
| GoDaddy hosting | Our host runs first party performance and security measurement on the site, which can set cookies or read basic request data. | Session to 1 year |
| WordPress | A temporary cookie checks whether your browser accepts cookies at all. It holds no personal data and disappears when you close the browser. | Session |
| WordPress login | Applies only to the handful of administrators who edit this site. Stores login state and screen preferences. | 2 days to 1 year |
You can block or wipe cookies in your browser settings. The site keeps working either way. Analytics simply will not count your visit.
Content embedded from other websites
Some pages here embed a video, a map, or a review widget from somewhere else. Once that loads, it behaves exactly as if you had walked over to that website yourself. Those companies can set their own cookies, run their own tracking, and see how you interact with their embed, including whether you are logged in to their service. That part is their policy, not ours.
Section 5
Who We Share Information With
Your information goes to vendors that help us operate, and only as far as they need it to do their piece. We do not sell personal information and we do not rent or trade contact lists.
- Web hosting. Our host stores and serves this website along with its server logs.
- Analytics. Google Analytics processes the site usage data described above.
- Email and phone. Our email and phone providers carry the messages you send and the replies we send back.
- Spam filtering. Form submissions get screened automatically before they reach our inbox.
- Legal and safety. We will hand over information if a law, subpoena, or court order requires it, or if it is necessary to protect our crew, our customers, or the public.
Who never gets it
Other junk removal companies. Lead brokers. Advertising networks. Anyone paying for a list of homeowners who recently cleared out a garage. We have been asked, and the answer has always been no.
Section 6
How Long We Keep It
We hold information as long as it is doing a job, then we let it go.
| Type of information | How long we keep it |
|---|---|
| Quote requests that never became jobs | Roughly 12 months, then deleted |
| Completed job records, estimates, and invoices | As long as tax, accounting, and insurance rules require |
| Text messages and job photos | Until the job closes out, then cleared in the normal course |
| Website analytics data | Per the retention window set in Google Analytics, currently a rolling period measured in months |
| Server and security logs | Held short term by our host for troubleshooting and abuse prevention |
Ask us to clear a quote request early and we will, unless it belongs to a job we actually did and the paperwork has to stay.
Section 7
Your Rights
Ask and we act on it. There is no charge, and using any of these rights will never change the price you pay or the service you get from us.
No. We have never sold customer information and we are not going to start. Your name, phone number, and address get used to price your job, get the trailer to the right driveway, and send you an invoice. That is the entire list. We do not rent contact lists, we do not trade leads with other haulers, and we do not hand your information to advertisers.
It lands on the same phone that answers your call, and whoever is quoting that day looks at it to size the load. We hold onto it until the job closes out, then it goes away in the normal course of clearing out old threads.
One thing worth knowing: phone photos usually carry GPS coordinates inside the file. If that bothers you, switch off location tagging in your camera app before you send the picture.
You can ask what we have on file about you, ask for a copy of it, ask us to correct anything that is wrong, and ask us to delete it. The one thing we cannot delete on request is a record we are required to keep, such as an invoice for completed work that has to sit in the books for tax and insurance purposes. Everything else is fair game.
Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the CPRA, California residents can find out what personal information a business collects and why, request that it be deleted, request that it be corrected, opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, and not be treated any differently for asking.
Wild West Junk Removal does not sell personal information and does not share it for cross context behavioral advertising, so there is no Do Not Sell request to file with us. If you want that confirmed in writing, ask and we will put it in an email.
Email service@wildwestjunkremoval.com or call (951) 837-8072 and tell us plainly what you want. Before we hand anything over, we will ask you to confirm a detail we already have on file, usually the phone number or the service address tied to your job, so we are not giving your information to a stranger who happens to know your name. We answer within 45 days and there is no fee.
Reply STOP to any text from us and that number stops receiving messages. Reply HELP if you need assistance. Your carrier's message and data rates still apply. To stop phone calls, tell us on the phone or send an email and we will note it on the job. We are a hauling company, not a marketing operation, so this comes up about as often as rain in July.
If you hired us, yes. The address sits on the estimate and the invoice, and those records have to stay put for tax, accounting, and insurance reasons. If you asked for a quote and never booked, the request gets cleared out after roughly twelve months. Ask us and we will clear it sooner.
No. Your information stays with Wild West Junk Removal and with the United States based companies that host this website, carry our email and phone traffic, and filter spam out of the contact form. We do not transfer customer information outside the country.
This website runs over an encrypted HTTPS connection, administrator accounts are password protected, and job records are open only to the people who need them to do the work. No system anywhere is bulletproof and we are not going to pretend ours is, but we handle your information the way we would want ours handled.
No. This website and our hauling services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child sent us something, call (951) 837-8072 or email service@wildwestjunkremoval.com and we will delete it.
Probably, eventually. If we change what we collect or what we do with it, we update this page and change the date at the bottom. Anything material gets written out plainly in the body of the policy rather than buried in a sentence at the end.

Wild West Junk Removal is the real deal. They showed up on time, worked fast, and were super professional. The crew was friendly, respectful, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was cleaned up perfectly. Fair prices, great service.
Nick and the crew were on time and very professional. They removed reclining couches, entertainment center, coffee table, and end tables from our upstairs loft. They were very careful and cleaned the area afterwards. Great price.
Weston and his team are on it. I run a commercial operation and sometimes we need to bring in professionals to get rid of some insane types of junk. They respond as fast as any company I have seen, and get the job done 100% of the way with no shortcuts.
