The crew arrives, looks at the actual volume, and gives you a firm quote before touching anything, so you can still walk away at no cost. Once you approve it we load, sweep the space, and take payment when the truck is full.

Not for outdoor pickups. If your items are staged in the garage, driveway, or at the curb, and we have already confirmed the price, you do not need to be present. Many rental property and property management clients simply give us a gate code. For anything inside the home, someone 18 or older does need to be on site to authorize removal, because once an item is on the truck it does not come back.

The City of Temecula offers curbside bulky item collection to residents through its franchise hauler, CR&R. Residents get two free pickups a year, each limited to a small number of large items, arranged in advance by phone and placed on a route schedule that decides the timing. Household hazardous waste is the main list: paint, solvents, motor oil, propane tanks and other pressurized cylinders, asbestos, and chemical drums. We also cannot handle medical or biohazard waste, or mattresses with an active bedbug infestation. Riverside County runs free household hazardous waste drop-off events year round, and if you are unsure about a specific item, call before you book and we will tell you where it should go.

Heavy items and long carries, no. The price is set by how much space your items take up in the truck, and there is no weight fee, no disassembly fee, and no fuel surcharge. Stairs are the exception: carrying items up or down stairs adds $150 on loads up to a half load and $300 on loads over a half load.

Two facility fees also pass through, $30 per appliance and $15 per mattress, and loading time past the hour included with a full load runs $75 per hour per crew member. All of it is quoted before anything moves, and nothing is added after the load is on.

Yes. Refrigerants such as R-22 and R-134a have to be recovered by a certified technician under federal EPA Section 608 rules, so we haul the unit to a certified appliance recycling facility where the refrigerant is captured before the shell is scrapped. The $30 appliance surcharge covers that facility's fee. Please unplug the refrigerator at least 24 hours before pickup and empty out all food and liquids, because a defrosting fridge on a truck ramp makes a mess nobody enjoys.

These get planned ahead rather than improvised. A hot tub usually needs a crew of two to four depending on where it sits and how tight the access is, and it often has to be cut down before it leaves the yard. Pianos get the same treatment, whether upright, spinet, or grand. Price depends on the volume it fills and the access difficulty rather than a flat item fee, so text a photo that shows the item and the path out, and we will quote it the same day.

Every load gets sorted before it reaches a transfer station. Usable furniture goes to donation centers in Temecula and Murrieta, metal goes to the scrap yard, electronics go to a certified e-waste handler because California classifies items like CRT televisions as hazardous waste, and green waste goes to compost.
