It is unlawful to dump, deposit, or dispose of waste matter on:
- Public roads, streets, highways, or rights-of-way.
- Public property (parks, lots, open spaces, etc.).
- Private property (without the owner’s consent).
For Businesses (Commercial Dumping):
- 1st conviction: $1,000 - $3,000 fine.
- 2nd conviction: $3,000 - $6,000 fine.
- 3rd or subsequent: $6,000 - $10,000 fine.
Businesses may also face civil penalties, license issues, and higher liability for cleanup costs.
